The French group meets on a Thursday from 9.45 am till 11.45 am except on the second Thursday of the month. We meet in the homes of members in turn. The host provides material for discussion as well as the coffee and biscuits.

We discuss a variety of literary material: extracts from the world of authors such as Zola, Tournier, Hugo or Baudelaire. Recently introduced to the magazine "La Conversation", members have selected items from that with its topical issues, and articles from newspapers are also used.
